What is Vibrational Sound Therapy?

Updated: Oct 29, 2023

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is a form of sound healing that uses vibrations and sound waves produced by specific instruments and medical tools used to promote physical and emotional healing. This holistic medicine practice is based on the principles of resonance, entrainment, and intention.

The goal of VST is to promote healing and balance in the body by aligning the body's energy centers and promoting a state of deep relaxation. It has been used to help treat a variety of conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia. VST is considered a complementary therapy and is often used in conjunction with other forms of treatment, such as meditation, yoga, and massage therapy.
