What are the frequencies of the chakra system?

The chakra system is a system of energy centers in the body that are believed to be associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Each chakra is said to be associated with a specific frequency or range of frequencies. Here are the frequencies typically associated with each of the seven chakras:

  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): Associated with the color red and the frequency of 396 Hz. This chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with feelings of safety, security, and grounding.

  2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Associated with the color orange and the frequency of 417 Hz. This chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is associated with creativity, pleasure, and emotional balance.

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Associated with the color yellow and the frequency of 528 Hz. This chakra is located in the upper abdomen and is associated with self-confidence, personal power, and transformation.

  4. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Associated with the color green and the frequency of 639 Hz. This chakra is located in the center of the chest and is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance.

  5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Associated with the color blue and the frequency of 741 Hz. This chakra is located in the throat and is associated with communication, self-expression, and creativity.

  6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Associated with the color indigo and the frequency of 852 Hz. This chakra is located in the center of the forehead and is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness.

  7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Associated with the color violet and the frequency of 963 Hz. This chakra is located at the top of the head and is associated with spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and enlightenment.

It's worth noting that while there is some consensus around these frequencies, there are variations in the frequencies associated with each chakra depending on the individual or school of thought.
