1. Shipping & Handling

Shipping rates are challenging for an online retailer to calculate. We need to cover expenses such as packing your order, checking your order, and packaging materials in addition to the actual shipping costs. We strive to keep our total shipping charge as low as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Alaska Time. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 4pm on weekdays will be sent to our mailing center for processing on the next available business day (i.e. Mon.-Fri. weekday).

2. Shipping Time & Cancellations

We do our best to process and ship out orders within 2-4 business days of receipt during normal business hours. Delays beyond that are uncommon, but may sometimes occur during phases of high order volume (such as during special sales or promotions) or if a product is temporarily out of stock or on back order. Such delays may occur, but trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible!

To cancel, change, or update any aspect of an order, please call or email as soon as possible. If an order has already been submitted to our mailing center for processing, it may no longer be possible to make any changes.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Sound Healing Products Satisfaction Guarantee ensures your satisfaction with the quality all of our products. We are committed to giving you the best service possible. Please email us if you have any comments. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the product(s) within 90 days for a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are for product charges only, shipping charges are not refundable.

You (the buyer) are responsible for paying your return shipping charges for any packages that you return unless the customer has a membership discount applicable. All products to be returned require a return authorization number prior to their return. Note that all returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, including original box and packaging.

Please note all Tuning Fork products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

4. Security and Privacy

We know you’re concerned about online security and privacy. We hope this will answer all of your questions.

• Our secure server: Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. You can safely enter your entire credit card number on the secure server and it cannot be read in transit. Remember, if you choose the secure server, all the information you enter on the order form—name, address, phone number, etc.—is safely encrypted.

• How we store your credit card number: To give you an additional layer of security, we never store your credit card information. After you type in your credit card number, fax it in, or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred securely to our payment processing network. Again, your information is never stored and so cannot be stolen, pirated or distributed.

• We respect your personal privacy: We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. Period.

In any instance of such expulsion from an event, all tuition fees paid by the expelled participant are non-refundable.
