
2022 Delays in Shipments
As of January 5th, 2022 we have been experiencing extended delays to shipping fulfillment.
U.S orders have been recently delayed by 2 weeks or more.
International shipments are experiencing shipment delays of 4 weeks or more.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenient changes.
Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on orders over $75 USD.
- Free shipping on all orders for customers with membership subscription.
- Shipment times depend on your location.
- International shipping rates do not includes duties or taxes.
Our products are shipped around the world through a global wholesale network. Please check the description of your product to see where the item is manufactured. Our merchant network provides customers with over 1000 products to choose. This is one of the reasons our customers appreciate us, as we deliver your product with the best shipping choices.
We strongly recommend adding insurance to your order if the value is over $100.
Express shipping is available but we offer no guarantee as once the product leaves our hand it is up to the courier to deliver safely. During recent economic changes, we have seen cost of shipping rise significantly and significant deliver delays. We remain committed to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.
We strive to process our orders for shipment within 1 business during normal business hours. Delays may sometimes occur during phases of high order volume, or if a product is temporarily out of stock or on back order. Such delays may occur, but trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible! We are committed to providing the best customer service, so please reach out to us at anytime.
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Alaska Time. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 4pm on weekdays will be sent to our mailing center for processing on the next available business day (i.e. Mon.-Fri. weekday).
To cancel, change, or update any aspect of an order, please call or email as soon as possible. If an order has already been submitted to our mailing center for processing, it may no longer be possible to make any changes.
We strongly recommend adding insurance to your order if the value is over $100.
Once the package leaves our store we have no control of when or how the package arrives.
We are unable to cancel a package once it has been shipped. For this reason, we cannot process a refund due to shipping delays. If your order is delayed over 90 days, please contact us so we can investigate if the package was lost by the courier.
NOTE: Users in certain countries may be subject to custom duties and VAT associated with their orders. We have no control over those charges and do not receive any additional funds from them.
