Vendor Agreement - Wellness Weekend 2025

Event Name: Wellness Weekend Healing Arts Festival

Event Dates: August 8th, 9th, 10th 2025

Event Location: Gateway to the Arctic, Talkeetna, Alaska

Terms and Conditions:

1. Vendor Space: The Organizer agrees to provide the Vendor with an outdoor 10' x 10' space OR a 10' x 20' space (specified in the agreement) at the event location for the duration of the agreement.

2. Payment: The Vendor agrees to pay the rate of $75 per day or a $200 payment for all 3 days for a 10' x 10' space.

3. Setup and Breakdown: The Vendor agrees to set up their booth by 12:oo pm Friday August 8th and to dismantle their booth after the event ends on August 10th, 2024, by 8:oo p.m. OR the end of the specified agreement contract.

4. Vendor Responsibilities: The Vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required to sell or promote their products/services at the event. If the vendor does not have their own coverage, they agree to sign a liability release waiver.

5. Conduct: The Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer for Wellness Weekend 2025.

6. Liability: The Vendor agrees that the Organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Vendor's property or products.

7. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the Vendor's participation in Wellness Weekend 2025.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska.

   
   

Liability Release Waiver: The Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer (Sound Space), its owners, employees, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the "Wellness Weekend" event. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses sustained by the Vendor, its staff, event attendees, or any third party.
