Sound Bath at Northbound Fitness

Please join us on Tuesday, November 14th immediately following yoga 7:15-8:00pm for a free 45-minute SOUND BATH!

📍What is a Sound Bath? Glad you asked! Sound baths are a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. 🎼 These sound waves will be produced by sources including healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, percussion drums, chimes, tuning forks, and soft music tones. 🎶🥁🪗🪇

✨This FREE event will be hosted by Willow resident and trained Sound Bath healer, Avalon Starling. 💖 We suggest bringing a small blanket, a pillow, or anything cozy that will enhance your meditative experience and make you feel completely relaxed. 🧘🏼‍♀️💤 We have yoga mats and blocks for your comfort and support. Use this time to unwind and release tension and restore harmony in your body.
